As we know, much of religions describe their God defference one to each other. Such as in Catholic they know as Jesus, in Budha they know as Budha, in Hindu they know as Sang Hyang Widi, etc. There is an unique culture in Indonesia. There is culture wich describe Jesus in the difference face. He is not use red long flowing robe or carrying a cane, but He uses Empiri of Java Clothes. It’s imposible.... no, it’s true. Take place in Ganjura, Bantul, Yogyakarta about 20 km from the town cetere of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, there is Chruch wich call as Ganjuran Chruch. Ganjuran Chruch beside as ordinary cruch for Catholic people to pray, there is also a tample wich called as Candi Hati Kudus Yesus in Indonesian / Candi Ganjuran or Jesu Sacred Heart Temple in Engglish/ Ganjuran Tample.

Joseph Smutzer dan Julius Smutzer, twp brothers from Netherland, are the foundation of Ganjuran Chruch construction, they start to build in 1924. By the design of J Yh van Oyen, Ganjuran Chruch become one of Smutzer social spirit of the chruch (Rerum Navarum), spirit to love fellow.

Ganjuran Chruch is completing by the construction of Jesus Sacred Heart Tample in 1927. The tample decorated by the relief of lotus flower and the most important of this tample is a statue in side it, wich describe Jesus in Java ways. If you around this tample you will know that this tample was build by the style of Europe and Java .

People there belive if they pray to God in this place their prayer will be granted by The God. There was 9 water source, and they must wash they face, hand, food by each of that water source before. After wash, they can pray under the tample or going up to in to the tample and sit right front the Jesus Statue. Much of them take the water home.

Beside the tample there is also much relief wich decribe the Story of Jesus Cricifixion. Many of people do the cross way in this place.

Thats a resume of Ganjuran Temple, wich describe Jesus in Java ways.
