URGENTLY REQUIREMENT
R & D and QC STAFF ( Code : RD/ QC )
The incumbent will be responsible to participate in the activities of Research Development / Quality Control staff in the establishment as researcher and Laboratories activities to ensure adequate analytical concept for product development and new improvements as well as our modern and traditional market expansive.
They will be develop as future employee as our standart skill required, to carry out R&D / QC functions in line with the company’s business objectives.
Job Requirements:
(1) Male/Female and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from a Pharmacy with GPA min 2,80 and Apoteker GPA min 3.00, preferably thesis on relevant our bussiness in Traditional medicine more Advantage.
(2) Strong analytical, Hard worker and tasks oriented
(3) High accuration, detail, good forcasting with the ability to think new idea improvement and Plan ahead.
(4) Have knowledge on Herbal/ traditional medicine, CPOTB/ CPKB , good methodologies and Evaluation.
(5) Well-versed with equipment laboratoties and laboratorium analytical process
(6) Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and under pressure, be self driven with new idea for improvement
(7) Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively and different tasks.
(8) Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo product development for process improvements.
(9) Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in team work operations.
(10) Proficient in English (more advantage) and computer application literacy must be.
(11) Willing to be work place in our the factory Palur, Karanganyar, Solo – Central Java.
